Exchange Policy
At Amiluxe Attire, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer an easy exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit and style.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Personalized cannot be exchanged.
- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
Exchange Process

- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
2. Ship Your Item
- Once approved, securely package the item and ship it to our exchange address (provided upon approval).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
3. Receive Your Replacement
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue store credit or provide an alternative option
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
